Setting a movable electrode on a pressure plate such as a diaphragm and detecting the pressure through the capacitance between the object to be detected and the fixed electrode. It has the characteristics of strong structure, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared with strain gauge pressure sensors, it has greater nonlinearity and can output frequency signals, so the measurement accuracy is high.
